Timber is graded by hand. WPC cores are sourced from certified suppliers and inspected on arrival.

Cutting & shaping
CNC routing for precision, hand tools for the details machines can't feel.

Joinery & assembly
Mortise-and-tenon and dowelled joints — built to outlast the building.
- 04
Finishing
Multi-coat finishing with sanding between layers. Stain, lacquer or paint, fully cured before it ships.

Quality check
Every door is inspected against your spec sheet before it leaves the workshop.

Delivery & install
Our team handles transport, fitting, hardware and final adjustment in your home.
